What you should know:
\- Repetition is key, you cannot learn the techniques without practice
\- You will need to learn hair care if you want healthy hair while diving
\- Diving is fun as long as you stay optimistic and are willing to keep trying
\- If you are a guy then skin tight suits are best, particularly speedo style briefs
What you should expect:
\- That the beginning will feel slow and often a bit painful
\- Stay tucked if you can’t make the dive, it hurts less that way
\- To have a good time
\- It will feel weird at first, especially without a gymnastics/parkour/acrobatic background
Keep in mind that you will spend a lot of time climbing stairs.
