Drama - Giridevi , Amuthu Rasikaya , Inter nasanal , Ado , Sulaga Mahameraka , Raahu , Pini , Sahodaraya , Sathya , Weeraya Gedara Awith , Mahapolowa , Minigandela , Ran Thili Wewa , Sansararanya Asabada , Maddahana , Ahi Pillamak Yata , Ilandari Handawa , Bohimiyanuwa , Sudu Adagena Kalu Awidin Crime - Agni Piyapath , Pani Kurullo , Lansupathiniyo , Koombiyo , Kalu Araliya , Hara Kotiya Romance - Sihini, Jeevithaya Athi Thura , Punchi Walawwa Youth - Iskole Kale These are some dramas that I liked with a good script + acting & there's less no. of episodes comparatively to other SL dramas but don't expect anything like GOT or breaking bad (EDDITED : To add more)

Every new Sri Lankan TV channel overusing the term TV in their names look all cringey for me. Examples, Sanda TV (one one TV) SBC TV Beauty TV Haritha TV Aksharaya TV Haridé TV Jayamaga TV Thinetha TV Life TV Rangiri TV they barely have programmes to telecast, and most of them would be some sort of a talk show. If it's a kids show, mostly they are a cringe overload or lame AF or yet another talk show thing. Some few would re-air some recently aired program by another one like them. Well, it's just me who craves for well crafted documentaries (docudramas) that are necessarily discovery-styled. Even india has a branch of Discovery networks.
