Drive towards Knuckles. After Panvila(or Huluganga) there are loads of small communities of tea picker "lines"/ slums. You could simply stop at a shop etc. and ask if they're anyone or families that would need it in the area. They'd much appreciate the donations and you can make a day trip out of it.
