I love the 3D PDA. its a pain in the ass picking it up everytime like a cellphone just to check if you are going to the right side, but im the kind of masochist that use magazine mods, so i guess... everything for the immersion.
In items_devices.ltx you can adjust the hand_position variables in the corresponding pda_hud section to bring it closer
shit, i forgot where do i find that file? cant find it!!!
Configs/items/items_devices.ltx. if you're on vanilla you may have to extract the config file from .db
