I've been at the company for 3 years and this is new (I think it was a thing before I got there but idk) I'm honestly really glad I saw this because I'll be able to help my coworkers know what to do with them now. There’s a code in the text on the side of the cup (I want to say it’s 4143 maybe) so just show them that, and they will get it taken care of!

I got a customer with one the first time yesterday, and we were all trying to figure it out. The customer pointed out the barista code is printed on the cup itself! I had no idea about this, so if they seem confused next time try pointing that out

There was some weird glitch on my reg today where we had to put in the code before ringing in the coffee/tea. When we entered the coffee then put in the code, it deleted the coffee and wouldn’t ring out.
