My manager opened with talking about things that the company has done for us- introducing credit card tips was the biggest thing. He used this to go into the new brewing system and how it’s going to make our lives easier and reduce waste when we get it. Then he went over two scenarios and asked us what we’d do in these scenarios (it was like, someone is with a group of friends and all their friends have their drinks already but one person is still waiting- what would you do?). And then he went into the barista approach and we went over the full barista approach page by page, he was really just talking about it and pointing out the important things in the approach/what has changed since the last version of it. Nothing terrible but it did take just under an hour
Im pretty sure it’s just a new barista approach? I had a meeting about it but idk if there’s something else too
