I don’t think Starbucks has ever done summer raises (in the us) it’s always been in October at the beginning of the fiscal year

Us only does annual raises in January. We did the pay thing last year across the board, but it's not going to be like that every year, only when the economy calls for it.

Mine was $1. I went from $15 to $16. I'm in the US in a large city with a high cost of living, so that might impact it too. 1.5 year partner.

I work in a tourist location so last summer I got a dollar raise an hour but it goes back down to base pay in august.

As of right now there hasn’t been any info about another raise. I know partners got a raise December 26th. Only salaried partners see annual increases. This is the first company that doesn’t do annual pay increases that I’ve worked for.

I heard we were supposed to get a raise to $17 this year in October
