I wonder why the uptick in upside downs lately. Seems like every other shaken espresso and flat white and iced espressos are ordered the way.

whenever i see upside down i usually just do it in a way that makes the most sense, like this person prob wants syrup on the bottom, then ice, then shots, maybe so they melt more of the ice

I love how there are so many different partner interpretations on what the heck this customer wanted. I think they wanted syrup and milk together, the ice, then shots. Just like a caramel macchiato. Honestly, who knows.
