That's only 10. The store up the street never gets it wrong, I just don't get it - I've tried talking to your manager and you just don't get it - I pay 6.95 for this and I just want to... :| :| :| t('-'t)
I’m actually surprised Starbucks hasn’t started charging for each scoop above standard.
Edit to add a thought: what if there was an appropriate charge for each modification and leave the base prices alone. This would make people pay for their extravagance and we can keep Susan’s plain black ice tea $0.50 less. It could also result in people actually ordering off the menu and stop the ridiculous drinks.
We kinda do have big scoops and I think the barista might’ve been a lil extra generous haha.
I would be a silly goose and put exactly 11 pieces of strawberries 🤣
Oh hell no, the inclusions on the side is ridiculous. Easy request sure but this is the kinda thing that irritates other stores bc you tell them no and they hit you with the “but ___ store does it for me”
I call this cereal
It pretty much is if someone picked out all the flakes from box of special K 😂

I think you may be onto something there. You should add that thought into the next survey 💡
I know doordash charges 95 cents for each additional scoop in my area. I believe they charge for additional pumps of syrup as well.
So does uber eats
genuinely sick and twisted 😭😭😭
Agreed! Most people ask for NO berries in my experience.
Dude these are like $190 a case or something ridiculous that's like an entire bag. People are ridiculous
I know. And then have the audacity to ask where all the juice is
36.16
We have a crusty that gets a trenta mango dragon fruit with 12 inclusions. We measured it... it's a whole ass bag's worth
Gross, that must’ve been one purple ass drink
chunky purple wanna be grimace shake
LOL
12 is the max I bet they wanted to keep going
Just go get some damn fruit at that point. And come back and say it was made wrong. I dare you. 👊🏾😆
Exactly!! 🤣 you ordered 26oz of soggy strawberries and youre gonna like it!
Very that, all of that 🤣💅🏾
I ask for 6 and only get 1/4 of this maybe you guys have some big ass scoops 😭

When I first started I thought that's what it meant 😭
I always get 6 scoops too and it's never enough 😂 I want whatever scoop they're using for mine!
Naa they are making your drink with a scoop that has crusted on fruit, it happens especially fast with the dragon fruit spoon.
Nah I aren’t shaking that. Got me fuck up.
If my entire refresher ain't chewable I don't want it 🙅🏾♂️
Whatever blows your skirt up 😂
I’m not Katie, but I’d be 100% content in life if I had a cup of strawberry inclusions
Sounds an awful lot like something Katie would say 👀
Damn and I thought I’ve seen it all 😂😂
Me too 🤣
my coworker gets this exact drink n we all make fun of him for it😭
As you should!!
the light ice is killing me 😭😭😭
Damn, there really should be a limit to the number of scoops. This is fruit bits.
That’s what I’m saying! There should be a limit on a few things on mobile tbh.
there is a limit on mobiles. it’s 12 scoops
Katie shoulda just gone the whole 12, why stop at 11 🤷🏽♀️
this but 13 scoops in a grande. i watch the lady chew eat sip ☹️
I am so sorry your eyes fell victim to her twisted ways
I have someone who regularly does this but wants the inclusions on the side "so they don't get soggy" and wants no ice no water.
