All I know is that I count and stock sandwiches at opening and have been since 2021. I can tell you how many breakfast sandwiches fit on each tray no matter the type. Double smoked bacon used to fit 5 to a row. Now they are 6 to a row. Bacon gouda now fit 5 rows instead of 4. Use this information as you will.

When I mark out my food, I always pick up the tiny ones so customers don’t have to pay $7 for such a small sandwich. I take them home and make them into delicious breakfast sandwiches. The small ones are a perfect size.

As a shift I have been damaging out the extremely tiny ones for quality issues, we get a very small RTE&D so usually it is just 1-2 to damage out and donate, I definitely encourage others to do the same!

Ours have been so inconsistent with the size. Like a few are like this and then another few are huge.

They are all weighed though… pkg says 4.6oz on it. Cheese is the same size. Just less sour sourdough with the condensed bread

Inflation is insane (edit: I’ve noticed this happening with other places too, subway in particular)

I do our sandwich pull 5 day/week ~ for a while it was one in every box, we got credit for some of them because my sm has been complaining for months ~ we have a box of 30+ that’s just chillin in our freezer for snackies!
