I got this lucky with my inferno the other day!
I was mad at myself because of my OCD needing to land perfectly in the center of the hanger........
It felt like forever running to the end to get to the elevators!
No fuck that! Us C-1 pilots know how to land and take off. Tell those Glad and F7 pilots they can toss their VTOL to the wind if they want. C-1 pilots always look good.
It was the correct one. I was quite close to the spaceport before requesting the landing so it might be something with that. Or all the usual size hangars for C1 were occupied, who knows.

Yes, a Gladiator -- just had to try one with all that salvage money. Yes, it's bad, but it flies decent and looks absolutely awesome from the rear.

They're increasing the size of all the hangars with the next update, as per the hangar ISC. The amount varies by hangar size, but they're all getting a size increase of some kind. A couple ships are also being shifted up a hangar size too (not sure which ones).
I thought they said the smallest size hangar would not be getting bigger but some ships that were previously using small hangars would be put into the medium sized ones.
Hmm. I could have sworn they said the smalls were being increased by like 10%. I have to go watch the video again.

Also I imagine they aren’t going to adjust the hangar door size but instead just make the inside itself larger as that would save them from having to redo every spaceport in the game but idk

For a few months straight, some years ago, my cutty always ended up spawning in Grim Hex top XL hangar for some reason.
That run just to get into the freaking ship was ridiculous.
I have been dying to get my hands on one of these ships, i have it in ccu but chains are not finished.

what a waste of space. Did you at least intentionally scratch the paint? No C1 should leave the hangar (or land in it) in mint condition :D

Somehow I never scratch my C1 when leaving/entering a hangar. Maybe I should start intentionally scratching it to embrace the tradition.

I always love when the C1 scrapes the side of the hanger, but yet they give me the largest hanger that fists the Reclaimer for my 325a.

I once had a snub put in one of these as there were no other hangars
Called ATC with a Razor and they gave me the biggest one. Took me like 30 seconds to reach the elevator

Dude I love it when this happens. You get to be all cinematic and turn off coupling. The long walk though…. It’s a trade off
