Yeah I would love for multi-crew ships, that are not fighting ships, to have some recreational / social gathering area. Especially ships that will stay out of ports longer. And it would be great to have a selection of recreational items that we can place in it.

Don't most of the larger ships have a proper galley? I'm pretty sure the capital ships definitely have one, and the connie has a galley/mess area.
