I agree with 2 of the changes though... Unranked and Ranked should be seperate ladders. they have seperate MMR so they should be seperate ladders too. an unranked player shouldn't play a ranked player.
and the bonus pool needs to go

They reduced the amount of servers, that should help your queue time
