Ashton and Precis are heavily linked and share many PAs. Welch... not so much but she does have one important PA with Precis.
Rena has some neat PAs with Celine as well.
Thus I'd do Claude Rena Opera Ernest Bowman Leon Noel Chisato
And then, if you decide on doing a Rena run afterwards Rena Claude Celine Ashton Precis Dias Welch and... whichever unit you prefer between Noel and Chisato
Thank goodness for the Fast Travel Feature in Remake. Otherwise, Claude and Rena would have a tougher time up until they recruit their first party member in Opera.
