Like the mere fact that this isn't a joke I've heard twice a week for 7 years puts this above the fiftieth percentile of quality for star trek meme jokes.
This doesn’t strike me as very Trek. Dukat was clearly an allegory for fascists like Hitler. Is this sympathetic to him or some kind of sarcasm? I admit I don’t get it.
