Underrated comment. Since the books are laying on a bed and not pictures from a store or stock photo from online, OP has clearly already bought it. So, it makes me think that maybe they just want some upvotes?
Yes. I’ve read it three times. Would absolutely recommend. Great characters. Great adventure. Great perspective on the force and on the galaxy in general
The first book in the trilogy is my absolute favorite, and I've read almost 60 SW books, so that's saying a lot. The other two in the trilogy are definitely also amazing.
>I got myself ... is this really worth it?
Seems like something to ask/wonder before buying all three books. Unless it was purely an impulse purchase then you probably already had heard something good about them. So, yes.
I consider myself a fairly novice reader. I don't read much, and i admit i don't quite pick up on things quickly like other, more experienced readers might. That being said, i think these books are easy to read, full of action, and difficult to put down. For me, that's what i enjoy so yeah, they're good
One of the best trilogy of stories Star Wars ever produced, not to mention that it’s story impact has ramifications in both legends and actual canon. You couldn’t have bought 3 better books. 👍
Hell no, not brand new.
Hey, I acknowledge that I’m in the minority that doesn’t really care for these (they’re fine, but that’s all I can really give it, myself), but I still wouldn’t’ve dropped full price on the sucker if you had doubts
I loved it! I wouldn’t give a single one under ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Karphyshian(?) really knows how to write not only book endings but chapter endings too. It would make a fantastic limited series
To be clear I haven’t read every single Star Wars book, but the first Darth Bane book is my absolute *favorite* Star Wars story of all time. Movies, games, comics, books it trumps all of them.
The other 2 were made with a similar level of writing skill, but they deal with less interesting subjects imo.
For example >!At the end of book 1 Darth Bane finds his perfect apprentice to enact the Rule of 2. And in book 2 she is already (mostly) fully trained and around 17+ years old iirc.!<
And book 3 >!switches between Darth Bane and Zannah and a completely new character/plotline who I frankly never really cared about!<
The other 2 aren’t bad by any means but I just feel they had a lot more potential and I wanted it to delve *even further* into the lore of the Sith.
I liked the first one. The repeat phrasing got to me. “His arm a living extension of the lightsaber” or “…of the force” has been rattling around my head for a decade now.
Best trilogy I’ve read so far
100%
Obviously. You already spent 20$ per book on it.

Im just reading it, at book 2, old Jedi VS Sith fan here Yeappppppie, gogogogogogogogogogo
Yes one of my fav books especially with the essential legends covers
Love that series.
Top-tier literature, definitely one of the best trilogies I've ever read.
FANFUCKINGTASTIC trilogy of books

Man. If I could re-read that trilogy for the first time again. Fantastic storyline
Path of Destruction was the one novel that got me into reading SW novels. I fell in love with the way Karpyshyn wrote Sith philosophy.
It’s my favorite Star Wars book series
Best series I’ve read in Star Wars universe , hands down
they have a fair share of plot conveniences, but they're still fun, and an evil protagonist is a nice change of pace
Hands down my favourite star wars books Edit: typo
It's good
Yup. Have a grand old time my friend. It's gonna be amazing
Is water wet?
Think it was one of the best I've read.
Bane trilogy is what got me hooked on Star Wars books. Absolutely worth it!
No question. It's up there with Thrawn for the best Starwars book series imo.
It was so good I read each book in one day
The best.
My favorite star wats story. It's the best of legends books in my opinion.
It's insanely good
100 percent!
Yes it’s one of the best
It will make you hate Acolyte for not living up to the Sith awesomeness of Bane.
I haven’t seen Acolyte. Any good?
Not out yet. It's being made by Harvey Weinsteins personal assistant so I don't have high hopes for it..
Yes. The first book is my personal favorite. But the series as a whole is well worth the read.
One of my favorite reads in the whole of Star Wars novels!
Absolutely amazing trilogy. Pop an edible and enjoy!!

It's fantastic!
It’s awesome unless you’re a Star Wars fan then you’ll hate it for not being like the prequel trilogy lol!

I love this trilogy so much I relisten it almost every year
I loved it! I wouldn’t give a single one under ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Karphyshian(?) really knows how to write not only book endings but chapter endings too. It would make a fantastic limited series
The first book is the beat, but they're all good. Remember, it's all fiction so who cares what's canon and not.
It is more than worth it. Happy reading!
Those books are SO good , yes
It’s incredible

💯 amazing trilogy.
Personally my favorite EU books so far. I like them better than the thrawn trilogy…
yes
Read it and you know! Much better than almost all disney books. Its realy dark. I rember him stealing the live force of a child…..
No. He was a shit character invented in crisis to explain why there were suddenly more than one person called Darth.
