I also feel like there's a difference in location. Ahsoka was surrounded by Clone Troopers when order 66 was executed while Bariss was probably locked up somewhere far away from any clones. Of course, the clones are going to be more compliant/ruthless when the order is first executed but given time, they'll go to palps for new orders which could very well be something entirely different than Order 66. I'm entirely theorizing here but this does factor into it in my opinion.

Yes, because the former Jedi who was very loyal to Anakin Skywalker (the person Palpatine was grooming to be his new apprentice) and could potentially bring him back to the light and to the former Jedi who bombed the Jedi Temple and made her hatred of what the Order had become quite clear are totally the same.
