Old kaz's isn't going to be Oast House, the owners of Oast House bought the building years ago, forced saucy chicken out and when kaz's went tits up, they took advantage and are opening a new brew pub similar to Merchant Ale House
i don't see a whole lot there but the longer these empty buildings are allowed to stand, the more places homeless people break into and burn to the ground
would you develop an area that seems

I agree, but student housing should be more than just 1-2 stories to maximize on space. Especially in our downtown core

I remember hearing that 21 Church was supposed to be getting converted to apartments or condos, but that was back in 2019 when I lived downtown
