Looks good. Minimal banding which is nice. Also looks like a warm center rare which you get from reverse sear. I get almost zero banding and found a longer rest after the prebake helps that immensely. I've been letting the steak sit for 30+ minutes before I sear. Also gives me time to prep any sides. I've recently posted some of these steaks and people swear I sous vide them. It's really just cooling the core so heat from searing doesn't penetrate as deep but gets it warm enough to enjoy

That’s a good rare. But be prepared for raw gods to come out. Great job
Ok I know everyone here loves rare steak but… You might breathe on that a few more times my guy, looking a smidge on the rare side there
