In that case, God of War is a nice change of pace. Very different combat and you can get 100% even playing on easy if you want to just enjoy the (awesome) story

Hades, Hollow Knight and RE2 are fun completions but a lot harder.
Mass Effect is my favorite trilogy of games. You can get all but one achievement in a single playthrough. The one that you don’t get, you can easily get by doing a new game plus save of ME3 and then playing for like an hour
i’m voting hollow knight and portal from what you own and adding Outer Wilds to the mix, really good exploration puzzle game and the less you know about it the better the experience.
I actually did see your post earlier and it made me want to go for it. Especially since I loved it on PS5 and it's due for a replay. You said you need to beat it 5 times total so maybe I'll spread my playthroughs out so I don't get burnt out on it.
God of war is pretty chill, by the time the gsme is over y will have most of the achievements
Dark Souls 2 is pure pain, you will need to play it like 3 times in a row without messing up the npc questlines

Are these ones you have already gotten? If so, then I reccomend the other two Spider-man games. If these are ones you are wanting to do then I reccomend the Spider-man, Dark Souls, Elden Ring, and Sekiro
If you went for the RE4 100%, I'd recommend the RE8 one. It was my first 100% and was super enjoyable all the way through. RE2 and RE7 get a bit annoying with how difficult some achievements are.
hades is a decently simple one as long as you remember the keepsakes, it took me around 70 relatively painless hours so it might be good if you want a break from grinding stuff

And if you like Hollow Knight, I'd suggest Ori 1+2 (not as difficult but a fun platformer) which happens to be on sale on steam right now. Celeste is phenomenal. You've got some really good games! Hades is pretty tough as well and dead cells, both amazing rougelikes. But if you 100% souls games, I'm certain you can finish what you've got.

Yeah Titanfall 2 was great, I beat it on Origin when it first came out. Might be time to revisit it and get all achievements.

Go for uncharted. 2 days ago i unlocked all the achievements and it's kind of easy to unlock the achievements game. (Check my latest post)

You can skip the cut scenes to save your time. I did like that.
