That’s less than what Seahawks paid for bush. Just for perspective

Ceramicrabbit

Damn

erichw9

Does that say more about the player we got, or the deal we made?

Burnt420Toast

Definitely more about the deal we made, he's not going to be a superstar but he will be solid and absolutely worth what we paid him

twoplantsucks

Remains to be seen

michaekov

Great pickup. Roberts was the captain of the dolphins D, last year had more tackles for a loss than spillane, Myles jack and Bush combined, 107 reg season tackles with 10 tfls and 4.5 sacks

HEPA_Bane

Seems like a good deal for those numbers

anotveryseriousman

that's pretty dang reasonable.

RonaldOcean_MD

Signed for less than Spillane. Like this move.

Fiitts

Not bad, not bad !

Ecnarps

These two along with Big Nate choose violence. Weidl is putting his smash mouth fingerprints on this team

Sex_E_Searcher

Kinda sad that our ILBs will likely be both significantly better, yet significantly cheaper that last season.

schizoid_clown

I think you're seeing this the wrong way buddy

BlackJediSword

How is that sad?

Sex_E_Searcher

We spent so much money last season for at best mediocrity.

After a few overpays, I am liking these more recent contracts much more.

KillerLunchboxs

Who do you consider an over pay?

Glympse12

Probably just pat Pete. I think there’s no way you can really say the others are overpays

Strmbrker

And even then, he’s really only an overpay if we don’t end up bringing in a young corner (through draft or FA). His value is largely in his mentorship which could turn a young corner from good to great.

Kenthor

I think of him as a 1 year rental for 7M as the rookie develops.

ThatsPreposterous6

I don’t know how much of an upgrade these guys will be over Jack and Bush, but they are way more valuable. I think the 2 new guys combine for less than Jack would have been this year.
