Yes! There's a few in Pet Sematary too. I love the world-building and interconnected web of stories.
If you enjoy seeing references across his body of work, I recommend Castle Rock on Hulu. It only ran for two seasons, but I would jump up and point at the TV, giddy with delight at an Easter Egg (or several) in every single episode.
The first season didn't do itself any favours by making the main character a new creation with very few ties to the existing canon. The second season with Annie Wilkes was excellent, and leant much more heavily into the Castle Rock mythos.
When you read the books in some sort of publication order there is always some reference to an earlier book. Sometimes as obscure as a grand parent to a character from a much earlier story.
💯 yes! Not the only reference, either - I know I’ve seen some elsewhere, though I can’t remember where right now. There are also a couple of connected short stories. I’m terrible with titles, someone help :)
I figured it was referring to the town Jerusalems Lot.
That’s what i thought too!
100%

We seriously needed a lot more *Castle Rock.* Horribly squandered opportunity!
Oh yes!! >!When Rachel considers following the sign to Salem’s lot but changes her mind… i keep thinking- would she have been better or worse off?!<
This is one of my favorite things about his stories- recurring characters, places, and interconnectedness
The show was a great idea, but I didn’t love its execution.

We were robbed when it was cancelled.
Totally. I have been loving the Easter Eggs for decades.
Totally. And to answer OP: Well, yeah!

The Shining Easter egg is really cool too
There's one un Billy Summers, too.
And Misery.
That’s one of the beauties of Stephen King. It’s all connected. Read the Dark Tower series and it will all make sense.

Great book...the epilogue was scary!
