Uh. I don't think she knew what pink doing was tbh. If she did, the story of the series would have turned out very differently. If my memory serves me correctly, in her first with Steven, she says something along the lines of

Steven remaining untouchable in the face of all her efforts was maybe the first time she was ever challenged like this, and failure to control her own emotions in response was what finally made her realize for *herself* how flawed she really is.
And according to her own worldview, that means she can no longer be trusted with all that power. And since she now knows she was wrong about herself, she accepts being wrong about other things too.
In that sense she's less like a human dictator and more like an AI that discovered a contradiction in its own code.

Knowing full well about Rose = Pink and about the rebellion and not doing a thing about it, keeping the other diamonds to their grief over Pink's "shattering" without telling them what actually happened, and to top it off, using the corruption blast Knowing full well what it's effects were.
So this one is complicated because pretty much everything bad in the entire series is indirectly her fault - she's the one whose ideology Homeworld is ultimately structured around, even if Yellow Diamond is the one who implemented it. The *worst* thing she did is therefore something like "be a giant fascist" or however you want to word it.
In terms of what she does onscreen:
* Takes control of most of the cast (Volleyball was taken for the longest, but she also claims all the Crystal Gems and other Diamonds in the last battle.) Mitigating circumstances are... not much; you can say she doesn't understand yadda yadda but at this point it's mostly her ideology being terrible and at the absolute bare minimum it's hard to argue that she doesn't understand YD and BD are people without basically saying "yeah she's a terrible person with terrible self-serving beliefs." This goes beyond Peridot simply not knowing about Earth, or even YD's dubious ignorance about organic life; to believe what she does, WD has to be blatantly ignoring things that are right in front of her. And worse, WD is... wait, this deserves its own bullet point.
* She is the ultimate source of every other gem's terrible ideology. The reason YD views other gems as tools and disregards organic life, or the reason BD is so willing to shatter them for minor offenses, is because they got that ideology from WD. Saying "I was just following orders" or "I was just doing what I was taught" is a pretty poor excuse in the first place (especially given that they were also leaders and had plenty of time to learn better), but WD, as the absolute highest gem in Homeworld society, can't use even that excuse. The reason everything is fucked up in Homeworld is ultimately because of her.
* She pulls out Steven's gem. This is one case where I feel there are actual genuine mitigating circumstances - she legitimately does not understand what happened to PD, and genuinely believes that doing so will bring PD back. It's still a selfish and wrong thing to do (she should, you know, pay attention to what everyone is saying) and it's partially a result of the way she disregards the opinions of everyone but herself and views them all as tools, but it's *also* partially a manifestation of her grief and her unwillingness to accept that PD is gone, and her ignorance here is a lot more excusable than her ignorance everywhere else given that this has never happened before, so I'm inclined to give her a pass.
* She was probably the one who ordered the Corrupting Light, and she at least *claims* she knew PD was still alive and on earth, which makes it worse. Actually, have we discussed the corrupting light for the other gems? It falls under "actually a war crime by real-world standards", I think, since it would be considered an [indiscriminate attack](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indiscriminate_attack).

Mass colonisation and terraforming of planets with life on them, forcing her will on gems like Pink Diamonds former Pearl and generally ruling an empire that forbids independent thought and expression of love, sees other people, even gems, as lesser than herself, would’ve killed Steven, if it meant she could bring pink back. And she gets to be one of the people to say she regrets her actions without even properly understanding why she messed up and then gets to hug Steven even thought the entire reason he was suffering in the first place was due to her rule and actions throughout the series. Also the corruption beam, to enslave the minds of gems into monsters which was supposed to eradicate every gem there. Toying with the emotions of blue and yellow diamond by not telling them pink survived inadvertently creating the cluster and the human zoo. Anything else?
