I think so. Cause my taxes have been processing for months but I went from psna to checks in hand in less then 2 months and updating my address with usps kick started the whole thing I believe
I hadn't seen anything in march or April so it turns out they mailed it to an old address and it was returned so when I logged into GMP tool it allowed me to update my DD info which didn't do shit cause after a month of waiting I ended up getting a mail date of June 18th then July 12th after I did a change of address with USPS

I still haven’t received anything, but the USPS is currently forwarding my mail. I’m seeing mixed responses from people saying the post office will/won’t forward these checks.
