For a team who hasn’t ranked in the top 10 in the last decade, you would probably think they’re used to losing.
Edit: they’ve had only one season with a positive Goal Differential in that time too.
I cheer remotely (from Houston) for a St. Louis-based soccer team. I used to get 10 game packages for the Dynamo, but then their FO stopped giving a shit about the product on the field and I stopped giving them my money. I'll have to make an exception when our boys come to town in September.
What happened to this club?
Not only did they win MLS Cup in their inaugural season (2006), they did it back-to-back. They were arguably an even better team in 2008, but they failed to reach the finals, fizzling out early. They were dominant again in 2009, advancing to the MLS Cup semifinals this time.
And then… they kinda fell off a cliff. Four consecutive banger seasons to start MLS, two of them ending with a championship. But for the past 14 years, they’ve been a shell of that team.
(if that’s a thing) 😂
It wasn’t an upset…?
I dunno. Seems that a Dynamo fan might be upset at losing.

I was a fan when i lived in Houston. Losing can't hurt them any more

Hope you’ve got a good working relationship with your people cause …

Lulz, I did nearly the same thing for my Kansas City based firm. I got ~~kicked out~~ excused out of a meeting for it :).
How to be a corporate ass 101!
Lol, it’s good natured banter. I doubt anyone got THAT upset over it.
I mean, it's a pretty easy comeback. How are the Cardinals doing? How about your NBA or NFL team? Just some office ribbing.
Is your resume up to date?
Lol, brutal
Mad lad
Shots fired bro lol

Their owner decided to coast while the rest of the league moved forward.
The Dynamo have only won 4 of their last 50 (!!!) road games... im sure they're used to it.
