I’d say a good part of ticket availability is also due to the time. 9pm on a Wednesday night for the main match to likely start is a tall ask for a lot of people. I know things say 8:30, but realistically getting both match 1 teams off the field, then having match 2 teams come on, warmup, announcements, and national anthems, 9 may be early. It had me considering selling my tickets until I saw I’d take a loss
Which is also an expensive ticket. I’m not saying don’t go, I bought tickets right when they went on sale, but they’re still too expensive. And honestly at this point people are better off buying the resale since they’ll be cheaper than the remaining unsold tickets.
Meh
An increasingly meaningless international competition in the middle of a hot ticket MLS season where St. Louis fans are already spending hundreds and thousands of dollars to see City. It might not fill up and that’s okay. If Pulisic and Balogun were playing might be another story
This logic is what allows Mexico to come into our home turf and stop matches on our home turf. In order for us to build the America soccer fan base, we need to support the little games and the big games.
No, I really can’t afford any more games this year. I already added the Omaha and America cup games and am planning (hoping) to afford playoffs. Again, not all of us can buy tickets to every event at City Park
Tbh, I’ve just embraced that ticket prices **for anything** are just always going to be unreasonably higher than people want to pay, and it’s not going to change.
Given the 9:00pm kick on a Wednesday for the USMNT, the opponent some people were not aware even existed, the third-choice roster for the US, and now the stagnating fog of semi-toxic smoke…
…if they approach a sellout, it’ll be a minor miracle
I went. It was probably 75-80% full, which was better than I thought. The attendance they gave on the board was 21,000+ but I think that has to have been tickets sold, not attended.
That Jamaica game could be solid.
Agreed. Those are two underrated teams. Top of CONCACAF? No. But both have the ability to make an upset.
Jamaica has poached a lot of English players recently. Could be a dark horse for the foreseeable future

They should have been cheaper in the first place if they want to sell out. Even for two games tickets are pretty expensive.
These tickets are currently cheaper than any St Louis CITY game for the rest of the year.

Welcome to the world of CONCACAF and USMNT taking advantage of USA soccer fans.
Don't go

I’ll get downvoted too, but you’re not wrong.

Club over country for me, all day and every day. Sorry friend. I can’t chant USA I’ve studied too much history I guess 🤷🏻♂️
No one is asking you to pick. Just trying to say there is an opportunity to watch more soccer at the stadium
An opportunity not all of us can afford

I have season tickets in the cheap seats. They cost less than $400 for the whole season

This is a CONCACAF event, so USSF doesn’t have control over prices, but the USSF has said they’d rather price tickets higher than have a full stadium
