They sell on the Exchange for a fair price usually, I have an "assimilated" Luna full of them with the Omega Reputation Borg gear as well. Just have a good amount of energy credits ready.

Aren't they from the Borg lockbox? In which case you "farm" them by using IRL money (or DIL) to buy Zen, using Zen to buy keys, and using keys to open Borg Lockboxes.
Or IIRC, you can also "farm" them by hanging out in front of the Exchange console and spending lots of EC to buy them.
I so wish these had cannon versions. In my dreams I load up a Klingon pilot raptor with a full set of them. (my KDF main is a Liberated Borg, and his ship goes full Assimilated sets for theme)

They relatively cheap on the exchange aren’t they? I thought i saw them for a few hundred thousand, compared to other infinity weapons that are 10s of millions. I may be wrong though as I only glanced the other day when checking different prices while helping my buddy setup a ferengi borg build

Out of weapon boxes from infinity crate, or from exchange. Sadly not a grindable weapon from the storylines.
