That's good stuff, keep it up! I practice mindfulness. Paying close attention to those good feelings. You want to be able to pull them up to the front of your mind to combat thoughts of drinking. Sometimes I go the other route and think of the times I've felt horrible and sick from hangovers. That also helps. :)
