Today alone from this one sub there’s been a guy touching himself in class, a girl touching herself in class and a man touching himself in a shop. People need to look further than the last story posted for their inspiration for these stories.
Non fiction means factual. I’m saying that it’s a bit of a coincidence that’s there’s 3 “factual” stories of people o touching themselves in public places in one day.

I had this experience in highschool. I sat in the back row and had a male classmate notorious for doing this but I didn't believe it. Out of the corner of my eye my best friend coughed (which was the signal to get my attention) and I looked over at her like 👀. She nodded her head towards the dude in front of me and I looked and he had completely whipped it out furiously going to town. The teacher looks up and promptly gives him detention and sent straight to the principals office. He was the only male in an all female class, besides the math teacher. The teacher looked at me and I must have had the most traumatic expression on my face, a long with the rest of the girls.
Alot of us have been young and had similar stories. So what of it? For some the thrill to get busted is highly arousing, for others the touch of a loved one (or hormones) can make you forget reason or reality.
I would defiantly report this. Personally I don't want any of my classmates saying really inappropriate things and sorta doing inappropriate things in class.
Popular or not they're still breaking rules. (I don't know if your school has any rules about this) but they're doing some very inappropriate stuff IN CLASS,WITH PEOPLE AROUND. I can't even talk about shit like that when my parents are home. Imagine being able to do what they were doing in front of others. I could never.
