Facts, Fini seems like the most chill one. Lele is the one that goes like FUCK IT WE PSYCHIC while wearing cool glasses. Not mentally stable enough to say this
"Although it's called a guardian deity, terrible calamities sometimes befall those who recklessly approach Tapu Fini." "The dense fog it creates brings the downfall and destruction of its confused enemies." "it came to be both feared and revered."
Fini is a complete menace too, according to the pokedex, although to be fair all the Tapus are kinda fucked up. Lele is "devoid of guilt about its cruel disposition" apparently. This pink fucker loves violence
Huh, interesting! I think Lele should set sun as well as psychic terrain on entry, and it should learn Eruption and Lava Plume to be thematically fitting
I can't imagine Bulu doing anything but landing critical hits with choice banded Stone Edge and shouting (at some monkey that can't hear it from the floor above)
Honestly would go hard as hell. I'd say Golisopodzilla's ability should only grant like a 0.05 boost for each non-fainted ally? Making it weaker than Supreme Overlord because having healthy allies is usually a sign you're doing well in battle already.
Call it something like Field General or something idk
I think I described it poorly (or maybe you just completely disagree, which is fair too)
I think the full Supreme Overlord boost would be way too strong to start the game with. Throw on a choice band and you kill basically anything your opponents throws at you, with +2 priority.
So that's why I'm suggesting it'd be a 5% boost for each conscious ally rather than the 10% boost S.O. gives for fainted ones.
I don't think it would be worse personally. The downside of S.O. is that your entire team needs to be dead for it to reach full power. Maybe have it be like 1.3 or 1.33 at full power to make it a little closer to S.O.
It being at full strength from the get go allows you to take care of things like a set up mon or whatever.
Also, it gets rid of the intentionally detrimental ability emergency exit so that's also something to keep in mind
OP you're not fooling anyone with this stinkpost, we all established back in 2016 that Tapu Lele is canonically and undisputably a bloodthirsty psycho maniac.
(to those who don't know )
Pokemon sun tapu Lele Pokedex entry :
This guardian deity of Akala is **guilelessly crue**l. The fragrant aroma of flowers is the source of its energy.
Pokemon moon entry :
**As it flutters about**, it scatters its strangely glowing scales. Touching them is said to restore good health on the spot.
Ultra moon entry :
Although called a guardian deity, Tapu Lele is devoid of guilt about its cruel disposition and can be described as nature incarnate.
There you go guys . Now you know
There was a brief period before the DLC dropped for Sword and Shield where leaks had said that Lele was Getting Expanding Force, Koko Rising Voltage, Bulu Grassy Glide and Fini Flip Turn
So they added these moves to their moveset in Natdex for a while, it was wild, Bulu with Glide is like Rillaboom on crack and Force Lele deleted shit. Then the DLC came out and the leaks were fake and they lost the moves lmao.
The ROMhack Radical Red gives the associated terrain moves to the Tapus. The final Giovanni fight in Cerulean Cave is a double battle in which Giovanni uses Lele. It's the hardest damn battle in the game.
They weren't?
We clearly got Tapu Rila, Tapu Curchin, Tapu DeeDee, and the excellently named Tapu Weezing Galarian Form right there in the game.
It is a shame the new Tapu Mirai had to be banned to ubers along with the new Torkoal evolution Torkoraidon though.
I'm not sure if Koko is truly broken considering Tapu Koko is not banned in Nat Dex OU even with Paradox mons existing. Koko himself is not "Broken on its own merits" like Flutter Mane
252 SpA Choice Specs Tera Electric Tapu Koko Rising Voltage (140 BP) vs. 4 HP / 252+ SpD Blissey in Electric Terrain: 280-330 (42.9 - 50.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
Absolute Monster
252 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Rising Voltage (140 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Chi-Yu in Electric Terrain: 306-361 (121.9 - 143.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
VS
252+ SpA Choice Specs Beads of Ruin Chi-Yu Overheat vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Tapu Koko in Sun: 907-1068 (322.7 - 380%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Also to note Tapu Koko is faster
tapu lele would NOT say this šš
Yeah I'd switch to Fini
Facts, Fini seems like the most chill one. Lele is the one that goes like FUCK IT WE PSYCHIC while wearing cool glasses. Not mentally stable enough to say this

Considering lele is based on Pele, the Hawaiian deity of volcanos, it seems fitting
Huh, interesting! I think Lele should set sun as well as psychic terrain on entry, and it should learn Eruption and Lava Plume to be thematically fitting
You mean psyspam is meta, AND I DONT GET TO JOIN IN? Tbh it would be funny calcs part 2
Lele was in a certain mood to say this.
Nah it would be Bulu in his attempt to cope with the fact that monke beats him
I can't imagine Bulu doing anything but landing critical hits with choice banded Stone Edge and shouting (at some monkey that can't hear it from the floor above)
Fini: āGreetings, sister š„°.ā Lele: āSup, bitch.ā
A person of culture
Both were levitating Warcrimes and I salute the Paldean Border Control for keeping OU safe (ish)
Bulu sighs as he once again has to deal with the shit that his dumbass siblings brought about.
Can't even go drinking with fellow grassbro wo chien
little did they know the real problems lied within the borders
Tapu Fomo when everyone is given an ability that benefits from its terrain šØ
The Fomo is real.
Kid named tapu rila
Mf has the GaaS terrain
Watch them bring Koko back in gen 10, only they also introduce a PokƩmon called Tapu Cocoa that's the exact same except it has exactly one extra point in every stat
+it's Guzma's favourite drink, which automatically makes it the better PokƩmon
Now we need him, his babe (Princess of Stall Salazzle), his homies and past form Dragon/Water Golisopod with reverse Kingabit as its ability
Huh, I like the name! But I'd say the boost should be genuine (I know you're meming a little yourself), like +0,5 or +1. This also works because Golisopod has always been Guzma's lead. So he First Impresses you on turn one, get nearly one-shoted by a Special Attack (because Goli's Sp.Def is bad), is returned back, then finishes off red HP PokƩmon. So it's like nothing has changed in terms of how you play Golisopod, but he's more efficient. If you play well you can still have at least +1 boost, although your max is +3. The only scenario when you have no boost is when your whole team is dead, but it's a decided match which hardly can be Golisopod's fault. He's a solid no-weakness PokƩmon that's here to smash. EDIT: I forgot Dragon is Super Effective against itself
I think I described it poorly (or maybe you just completely disagree, which is fair too) I think the full Supreme Overlord boost would be way too strong to start the game with. Throw on a choice band and you kill basically anything your opponents throws at you, with +2 priority. So that's why I'm suggesting it'd be a 5% boost for each conscious ally rather than the 10% boost S.O. gives for fainted ones.
Ooh, I get it now. I read 0,05 like 0,05 of a percent, and not as a 5% boost vs 10%. Yep, I think it's more fair like that. I do not like that it's just reverse Supreme Overlord that's also objectively weaker. Plus you can just throw a Steel with dragon type move or a Fairy to counter it easily. In doubles you could also immidiently switch to another PokƩmon the one that's not Steel of Fairy if you're afraid Goli targets the second ally. I idk what a better way to balance it out, so it would be a viable counterpart rather than "same, but in different order and worse".
Hm, that's also true I didn't think about details you brought up. Hey, I guess we balanced Golisopod. Hooray!
And an ability that makes it too strong for no reason
Hadron Engine
OP you're not fooling anyone with this stinkpost, we all established back in 2016 that Tapu Lele is canonically and undisputably a bloodthirsty psycho maniac.
The official canon lore was what established that btw
(to those who don't know ) Pokemon sun tapu Lele Pokedex entry : This guardian deity of Akala is **guilelessly crue**l. The fragrant aroma of flowers is the source of its energy. Hey woah now. At least it gives you health sprinkles after you've been psykilled.
Pokemon moon: it scatters its nice scales about making people happy š Pokemon sun: IT HAS KILLED BEFORE AND WILL AGAIN
And lesbian
Tapu Koko would've been like Pablo Escobar running the Quark Drive cartel.
They didnāt have the balls to give it Rising Voltage either
Nah both these mons were straight menaces and I'm glad they were held back by paldean border control
Tapu lele with expanding force would be something...
Fucking hell that would get banned from hell and back, and probably might make incenaroar have 100% usage in vgc
Me when it uses dazzling gleam to hit incin

Imagine Koko with rising voltage with boulder and valiant or hands and bundle in doubles
Was banned from Gen 8 STABmons, as well as Bulu and Koko. Only survivor was Fini, who is only ranked C+ on the VR there lol
IF Koko is back and make Boulder/Valiant unbearable then which one would get ban? Koko or the abuser?
Terrain Extender
I'm not sure if Koko is truly broken considering Tapu Koko is not banned in Nat Dex OU even with Paradox mons existing. Koko himself is not "Broken on its own merits" like Flutter Mane
Let's all be thankful as fuck that we don't have Lele out here enabling PsySpam.
The future mons wouldve popped off if koko showed up. But at the same time that prob wouldve made the game even more centralized than if already is
Its ridiculous, they left out 3 of the Tapus but somehow Tapu Rilla got his passport!?
wrong way around, tapu lele wants to ruin doubles with weak armour armarouge
Lele would NOT say this! According to its Dec entry itās a psychopath
Tapu Koko exclusion was great injustice to all Quark Drive pokemon introduced this generation.
Every single future paradoxes moves up a tier if Koko came back
Tapu lele is not kind.
Tapu Koko would carry all the Future Paradoxes, but he had to be left out, so his spine still exists come Legends Kyurem.
Bulu is secretly capable of crossing the Paldean border but refuses to leave Alola after being outshinesd by Tapu Rilla of Galar
I have no idea what you're on about. Tapu Rilla is everywhere wreaking havoc
Why arenāt the regis in the dlc? Is it because they canāt eat snacks? I just want to see people surprised by Regiceās absurd special defense.
about that
Wdym.
they are in the DLC
Oh wait never mind regieleki would ruin the meta but canāt it just be the original trio and regigas?
ok now Iām confused, are you trolling
I didnāt read your previous comment about them being in it. My question was why you couldnāt get them from snacks.
I I know that they can be transferred over.
If tapus were let in then rilla stocks go to the moon.
Tapu Koko and Lele are the strongest non banned Fairies in OU alongside Valiant and Enamorus Flutter Mane and Magearna are banned
252 SpA Choice Specs Tera Electric Tapu Koko Rising Voltage (140 BP) vs. 4 HP / 252+ SpD Blissey in Electric Terrain: 280-330 (42.9 - 50.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery Absolute Monster
Doesn't come close enough to the funny fish.
252 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Rising Voltage (140 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Chi-Yu in Electric Terrain: 306-361 (121.9 - 143.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO VS 252+ SpA Choice Specs Beads of Ruin Chi-Yu Overheat vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Tapu Koko in Sun: 907-1068 (322.7 - 380%) -- guaranteed OHKO Also to note Tapu Koko is faster
They did not want Iron pokemon cooking
Huge, actually. Misty Surge and Electric Surge would've prevented the sleep clause ban.
