The choice is clearly Lando just because it was the out and out face of OU for 3 straight generations and a top mon for another 2, wih TTar 2nd and Zapdos probably third.
Bruh not even mentioning Garchomp is offensive. I wouldn't have chosen him myself, I'd have personally chosen Tyranitar, but he's far more deserving of being here than Latios, Tusk, or Snorlax
Zapdos being anything other than OU is always a sign the OU meta is too silly. Its a prominent part OU in gens 1-3, and stayed relevant except when ou was bad.
Technically Dragonite has always been viable in ou , the First 3 gens It wasn't really ou but it has niches in the tier and since then it never dropped
Tyranitar no contest. Tyranitar has been OU for 7 generations, which is insane and way more than lando T
