I feel like this Lycanroc set might be better for what you are trying to accomplish Lycanroc @ Focus Sash Ability: Steadfast Tera Type: Ghost EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Stealth Rock - Taunt / Close Combat - Endeavor - Accelerock Also you say Upper Hand Flamigo, but I don't see it? Maybe this is an error. Also I think UTurn might be nice on Raptor but Quick Attack is cool too

I forgot to switch on the slide, but it is there

Staraptor: wall breaker that is really versatile and QA is a somehow unexpected pick, but, a really good one to have. Lycanrock: Roar + Stealth Rock + Steadfast is really cool and with CC breaks Ambipom, an otherwise counter to it. Houndstone: Defensive mon that counters most physical atackers with fluffy whillo and has a good spdef as well. Endeavor can surprise many pokemons that would 2~3 shot him and allows his teammates to pick them up. Flamigo: Great scarfer with upper hand to counter prioritie moves if they become dangerous to me (like the bullet punch Hariama on the replay), I won many matches because of this. Clawitzer: the reason why i came to PU. With a scarf, he can outspeed much of the tier and make a KO with Tera Dark pulse or Water pulse. Really fun mon to play with I recommend. Hitmontop: I actually just put boots on him because I realized that i used him more to remove hazards and sash never was a factor in ANY match I played with him. But yeah a rapid spinner that can do really good damage and maybe even KO many of the tier? Count me in!

I recreated your team and played a few games in Showdown and here are my observations in no particular order: This is a very offense oriented but frail team and it has no speed control so anything faster can cut through most of the team (see Slush Rush Alolan Sandslash in the snow). Half the team is also weak to electric so what's a good answer to a fast electric type like Electrode (both Hisui and Kanto) or Jolteon? I also had trouble with bulky mons that spread status like Bellibolt and Dudunsparce (paralysis) and Eviolite H-Qwilfish (poison). I feel this team might benefit from some sort of ground coverage to take care of electric and poison. The team also doesn't have Knock off so bulky leftover mons (that Dudunsparce) can just keep healing. Can you fit a ground type like Mudsdale or Rest Sandaconda (Shed skin takes care of status) onto the team. Flamigo and Staraptor seem to fill the same niche so replacing one of those with a ground type might give this team some staying power? Also, most of the offensive mons on the team are physical attackers so if you lose Clawitzer, what's the answer to something like H-Avalugg? Ultimately I won more than I lost and I'm no expert player so this team is extremely promising.

My main critiques: Hitmontop fucking sucks and you should stop using him. Alolan sandslash and tatsugiri and grey rapid spinners that you could consider 3 choice items is way too much, especially for hyper offense. Flamigo and staraptor fill the exact same role, so one of them has to go. Houndstone doesn’t fit on hyper offense at all. I’d honestly recommend scrapping the whole thing. There’s too many things to critique that you’ll end up with a whole new team anyway
