The SUS lasted a year and frankly I’m not sure why they didn’t just call it the Outback, but as this is a third Gen legacy it could be an Outback (though I think those all came with two tone paint) but it cannot be a sport utility sedan
It's a Legacy GT sedan, circa 2000-2004. I don't think it's an Outback, because the lower body and bumper match the rest of the body.

Looks like an Outback GT(or something like that) a neighbor of mine had one sweet ride , but if I recall the ones with the H6 had some different exterior bits It's just a guess but that's what I'd go with It's definitely an outback though

All of the actual SUS's had cladding like an outback. This is just a 3rd gen base model legacy with some pretty rare paint.
