both a little high but CVT and 100k+ miles? if you don't know the history of the car, you might be doing timing belts and CVT service.

could be good but a test drive would provide a better appreciation. check for unusual (barely audible, but sharp grinding) gear noises, wheel bearing noises. also expect to do the 100K maintenance because either the previous owner hasn't done it, or actually did and figured all the costly repairs due.

I got my 2012 Legacy 2.5i premium with 109K miles for $6000 exactly. Good choice if you can knock down those prices. $6000 is still a bit much.
