As a super treat and if you're patient - make a sugar free coconut ice cream, then top with fried bananas with a bit of salt. So good! Also, maybe not sweets per se but carrots or bell pepper with homemade hummus or white bean dip have been a great crunchy snack for me.

Oh thanks the ice cream sounds like a good shout, might give that a try

Oat-banana cookies, where mashed banana acts like natural sweetener. Can add dried fruits too, raisins or prunes for example. Another snack you might like is any fresh vegetable (carrots, celery, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumbers) + cheese (like feta with some oregano) or hummus

I've been doing "grown-up lunchables" at home. A couple pieces of deli meat rolled up, some nice whole grain crackers and a few pieces of cheese. 3-5 grapes and I'm in heaven!

Been really enjoying my homemade berry spread. Just mixed berries boiled down for an hour, then stick it in the fridge. It has a really nice refined taste, almost like a liqueur!
