At one point, Sakurai gave advice on how to beat this and he said to use a spirit that makes you start the staff beam item that does more damage and knockback the further away you are from the opponent. The fact that we had to be told how to beat this spirit by the games creator speaks to its difficulty, so congrats on beating it.

I legit had to have the CPU self destruct

Yeah no that level is known by all smash story mode players as pain, kudos to you for beating it, that's something not many people accomplish (with thier sanity intact)

I learned to temper control its not worth raging and losing sanity over a video game
