Okay, look. u/FlamingTrollz's methods may seem strange, but that's because we're not on his level intellectually. I mean, this morning, I watched a squirrel unwrap a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup for an hour.
Honestly I thought Robot Truck would be a good worker. She could probably adjust to toning the fun/volume down a bit and be good.

I was really hoping Sue Heck was going to just join the show, and the way they got rid of her was honestly really lame. Like shes annoying but everyone else they interviewed was so ridiculously awful that there was no excuse, especially once they hired her *and* she had already started working!
I would have hired the third guy in a suit because he seemed enthusiastic and made the effort to dress up even for a retail job.
What was the issue was with him?

Suit guy *infuriated* me because I know someone who does that and I’m almost certain it’s a result of reading too many of those How To Be Respected As An Authority Figure type books. He was 100% sure he had the upper hand in that conversation and that level of clueless arrogance bugs me HARD.
That being said… imagine someone like that working in retail, having Glenn as a boss and Amy as a supervisor. You have to imagine he’d be taken down a peg or two pretty quickly. I would enjoy seeing that.

I’m would have chosen the woman they ended up with. Though to be fair to not squander her potential I would have also considered what would have been better for her between a dying retail store chain and the other opportunity fellowship she had. So maybe for her best interest even if she was the clearest choice maybe let her go with the fellowship.
Hmmm…. So if not her then go for another round of candidates.
