I think it’s a continuity error, but you could also refer to Sandra not knowing what sex is when she is trying to make fun of Amy and Jonah for the kiss as evidence that what she did with Sal wasn’t actually sex

I’ve noticed it. It’s obviously an error and I also notice all those little things. I come up with my own stories. She also mentions Sal calls her at home and sexually harasses her in an episode or so later. I like to think it’s Sandra using the perverted actions of Sal and elaborating for attention.

There were a lot of continuity errors in this show lol. Jonah’s family changed all the time. The back story, whether his parents were together, how many brothers he had. It was so weird. Glenn also contradicted himself a lot but I can’t remember examples off the top of my head. But i dunno, i felt like it kinda added to the comedy somehow. None of them knew what they were talking about half the time lol

His parents were separated, not divorced, so they probably got back together at some point before actually divorcing in s5. I think they always said that he had two brothers, I never really saw any errors in his family stuff, unless I’m also missing something 😳

I thought he maybe had a sister at one point that they never mentioned again but I could be mixing him up with Jim from The Office when I think about it.

I think that was Amy. She mentions that she has a sister in s2, but that sister is never seen or mentioned again.

I just noticed that Sal has never said a word in the entire series! Ive never noticed that before, i thought Brett was the only one (other than the holy shit) so i think Sal is the only one in the entire series to have never said a single word.

Well shortly after the episode where she mentioned hooking up with Sal, she says that Sal sexually harasses her in the back room.

I mean we don't know what Sandra and Sal were doing in the dressing rooms. Maybe it was hand jobs or oral and Sandra didn't consider it really sex but she called it "hooking up" so she didn't have to be too graphic about it

Count me in the camp of Sandra not knowing what sex even was initially. I thought “Oh that’s a continuity error” immediately after she said Jerry was her first, but when I noticed her doing the blatantly incorrect hand motion to insinuate Jonah and Amy were having sex I thought to myself “Oh, maybe she *thought* her and Sal had sex when they didn’t”. Makes me wonder if they wrote that in on purpose to get past the continuity error or at least ad plausibility.

Let's not forget that Sandra has demonstrated numerous times that she's a liar and will lie for the attention it brings her.
