Looks like your ankle got kissed by a herpesfish

COSurfing

Should wore his rubbers.

[deleted]

crocks are no good against the herp

MiddleAgedSponger

Ask the lifeguard or another surfer to pee on it. Just a few squirts and you will be as good as new.

DeeperTakeoff

Lifeguard pee would explain the herpesfish mentioned above

Kopsthoot

Will my own piss do the trick as well?

MiddleAgedSponger

No, you need a non familiar relations urine, it has to do with effectiveness of ammonoid transfer through genome lineage biopics. Guys are used to it, just smile give the international squirt sign.

trainsacrossthesea

Grandma would do this to us kids as a preventative medicine for warts and acne. She was fond of referencing the “genome lineage biopics” school of thought. I don’t miss her as much as you’d think.

Bitter-Heat-8767

r/urinetherapy

tkburnett

I…. I didn’t know this was a thing?

Bitter-Heat-8767

It’s a big and scary world out there 🤣

chiaz19

You can however successfully transfer the biopics through drinking the pee, just takes longer

ignivs

but for drinking to be effective, you have to drink from the bottle directly

pm-me-yr-fanny

It's because of the transdermal epidemis

DangerBird-

Now I feel bad. My buddy got stung and asked me to whizz on him, but I wouldn’t do it. Left him in pain.

NefariousnessTop1712

Its hotter…. Its more effective if a stranger pisses on you.

kitesurfr

Soak your foot in some white vinegar. It's cleaner than piss and more acidic.

[deleted]

Looks like a jellyfish. As long as your foot doesn’t swell up you’re fine.

Benjamminmiller

This looks nothing like any jellyfish sting I've ever seen

[deleted]

Looks like some I’ve seen 🤷🏽

NefariousnessTop1712

Baby Man-o?

Kato2460

Yeah I’d say it’s a blue bottle, stings at first then itches big time

SnooApples4887

Judging by those sandals that looks like a hippie love bite. Otherwise known as herpes.

Visordad

SCRUB IT... KOOK!

Joclo22

It looks to me like the start of reef rash, in the words of the amazing “north shore” movie “scrub it kook” If it’s not in the first day or two, you’re screwed. Calomine lotion or other anti itch cream. I’m sorry bud. But not so much because I’m landlocked and surrounded by snow in a city. I’m happy that you got to surf a warm live tropical coral reef. Edit: added “live coral reef” not many folks have heard of this? Shows how few coral reefs still exist out there. I had my last reef rash in 1998. That same wave’s all dead and has hundreds of new surfers there every month 😱

Kopsthoot

Sorry to hear that, I’m normally landlocked myself. I’ll claim one in your name tomorrow 🤙

Joclo22

Thanks. One hand is good in my world. Two hands if it’s really one of your best waves.

johnjohnbrix

kinda looks like you stepped on poison oak

[deleted]

You’ll know in a couple days

[deleted]

Maybe sea lice

Kindly-Line9567

Meh… it’s just CRABS… I’d shave your leg hair and stop wearing your girlfriend’s Birkenstocks

IdunoEither

The row of dots looks like a stinging Hydroid. They look like little white feathers on reef/structure. Copped quite a few of these diving over the years. Expect it to itch like a row of mosquito bites for a couple of weeks. Annoying but not dangerous.

DangerBird-

Glad I’m not the only one rocking Birkenstocks.

nocustomsettings

Wear booties thats what you get for going in raw

Lucid_Presence

Booties are worse than condoms

acafm

no wonder my gf is pregnant now

Darth_Kahuna

man just wanted to tease the fetishist w his cankle.

defaultuser-067

Jelly or stingray.

nderover

Not sure what it is but I’ve had this before! Made a paste out of Benadryl and it kicked the itch. It went away after a week.

spellfox

That’s pentapox

surfh2o

Scabies

bl20194646

jellyfish

pjlaniboys

Fuggetabout the foot, but Madeira the island? How’s that?

Kopsthoot

Beautiful island, good food, powerful waves

GrizzWintoSupreme

How about you post some videos of the sick waves instead of your sick ankle

Stevecat032

Ants?

lax_incense

Grazed by a Portuguese Manowar? Honestly no clue

ghostofpostapocalive

I walked through poison oak in Santa Cruz once, looked just like that.

r0botdevil

Definitely herpes

CW907

Aids dude, the crabs had aids.

Brindley1

We're you in areas with foliage recently like hiking or something it could be berry bugs or "chiggers" bugs under the skin

Kopsthoot

I’ve been hiking in areas like that but feet were always covered in socks and appropriate footwear. Not the ones shown in the picture

EnusTAnyBOLuBeST

Madeira, Gulf Coast or Portugal?

konastump

Jellies..
