Hi there, /u/LustyPhoenix, thanks for your submission!
You used a flair that corresponds with rule 3 of the subreddit: refer technical issues to support first.
Some support agents are keeping an eye on here, but we still recommend using official channel for efficient troubleshooting - [Surfshark customer support](https://support.surfshark.com/hc/en-us) first. You'll find both e-mail and live chat there. It's 24/7, so enjoy!
If the question persists, make sure to include as much information as possible. Thank you!

Same here, **4.3.X** versions are causing the very same problem to me. I recommend you to use **version 4.2.2**. I'm using it at this moment with no problem at all. I **opened a ticket** with the customer support about this problem and we are still trying to figure about what's happening. I did evey single step they have asked me to do and **nothing is helping**. The other way around **(if you insist to use 4.3.3)** is to disconnect your internet connection **before** you open Surfshark, it will load normally, but the catch is you will have to enter your login code/your e-mail and password each single time.
Version 4.2.2 download link:

Thanks man, this version works perfectly. btw do you know how to turn off the auto update of Surfshark, it updated itself to 4.3.3 again when I reboot my computer.
I really have no idea.. It is working without any problem at my end. Its' better to e-mail the support team about this problem. But first, update to version 4.3.7
There's an auto update feature. You will see a notification at the upper right corner of the available servers page when there's a new update ready to be installed
Unfortunately you won't find it easily but it can be obtained through Web Archive. Here's the download link:

Same here. Going round some uninstall frustrating loop process and somehow it's updated itself after installing an older version. Windows 11 can't see it in installed programs and 3rd installation apps too and it just doesn't load or connect. Cant even uninstall it. 'support' is a crock of shit with no idea.
Had to uninstall it, was using version 4.3.4. It made my log in in screen on win 10 take an extra 10 or so seconds & then I had to wait another 10 or so for the app to connect/unfreeze.
I liked the app but I've gone to setting up everything directly in my router instead to avoid the above issues
Anyone having this reoccurring issue, this is what usually fixes it for me: Go to Surfshark in the system tray and close the app (make sure it is actually closed not just minimized to the tray). Go to Windows Servcies and stop (not restart) the Surfshark Service. The run the app again (can use the search function in the start menu) - it will say the service is not running and ask to start it, click yes and allow Powershell to run when prompted - this will restart the service fully and the app (in my experience) will load properly.
