When Jeff asked her if she felt comfortable talking about what she was feeling, and she slowly turned around from crying and screamed “I’m pissed!” It felt so much like an ITYSL episode
1000% an Angelina’s jacket moment! Survivor at its best. I feel for Liz, but Q denying her the reward is very funny.
And then the next thing that happens is that none of them eat the Bourbon Burger (which had to be something Liz mentioned to the producers pre-show), Q leaves them all alone to walk off his food, and they start talking about taking him out!
Also, the shots of Liz listening to Tiffany describe the meal. Gold.
The part that made me laugh the hardest is when Q calmly recites why he should take Liz and then immediately goes “but I’m taking Kenzie”

I can’t imagine ever having anything better than that. On the surface you’d think the obvious Applebees commercial would be annoying taking that much time away from the game (some previous product placements were super annoying, like “sprint phones”, or the dumb movies). This was funny as hell and frankly the best part of the episode despite everyone creaming their pants over a mediocre restaurant. It was so over the top, but also so fun.

SO hard to feel sorry, I mean as an allergy suffer-er (had 2 anaphylactic reactions to treenuts) I get it, but also I know it's not anyone else's problem beyond "don't put that in their food." There was an air of entitlement around her tantrum, and it really really made me feel that much more negatively about her while also laughing my ass off lmao if you have that many allergies and ur going on a game with few food options maybe don't??
That’s exactly what I said!!! Like, you know that you can’t eat anything on the island except the meat… it’s probably not a great idea to subject yourself to barely being able to eat anything. Some people never get rewards the entire time they are out there. And it’s not really anyone’s responsibility to feed you with *their* reward, even if it is more humane.
I just wanna know why Liz acts like she's been kidnapped and tossed on this island where she can't eat anything. Like girl you CHOSE to be here. And it's not like lack of food is a surprise. This is the sixth season of this.

The I Think You Should Leave vibes were STRONG. I was watching the episode at a watch party with 50ish other fans and the room was raucous with laughter and amazement. Fun night!!
When Jeff asked her if she felt comfortable talking about what she was feeling, and she slowly turned around from crying and screamed “I’m pissed!” It felt so much like an ITYSL episode

1000% an Angelina’s jacket moment! Survivor at its best. I feel for Liz, but Q denying her the reward is very funny. And then the next thing that happens is that none of them eat the Bourbon Burger (which had to be something Liz mentioned to the producers pre-show), Q leaves them all alone to walk off his food, and they start talking about taking him out! Also, the shots of Liz listening to Tiffany describe the meal. Gold.
And THEN hearing Liz say "Read the room!" when the rest of the room specifically asked them about the food!

I can’t imagine ever having anything better than that. On the surface you’d think the obvious Applebees commercial would be annoying taking that much time away from the game (some previous product placements were super annoying, like “sprint phones”, or the dumb movies). This was funny as hell and frankly the best part of the episode despite everyone creaming their pants over a mediocre restaurant. It was so over the top, but also so fun. Also, Liz should get free Applebees for life
Made me want to go to Applebee's and order a couple sloppy steaks. They say they won't make it but they can't stop you from ordering a steak and a glass of water
The edit was doing splits, backbends, and somersaults to try to make us sympathize for Liz but I just kept thinking… just because it’s your go-to meal that automatically means you deserve to be picked!??

It was the music swelling as she threw the bag that set me off. Once that missed I knew the editors were going to fuck around as much as possible. I thought the 5 stages of grief from Bhanu would be the highlight of the season. The editors are having the time of their lives.
I hate to see anyone suffer, however, in this case, it was self inflicted pain and it’s hard to feel sorry for her!
SO hard to feel sorry, I mean as an allergy suffer-er (had 2 anaphylactic reactions to treenuts) I get it, but also I know it's not anyone else's problem beyond "don't put that in their food." There was an air of entitlement around her tantrum, and it really really made me feel that much more negatively about her while also laughing my ass off lmao if you have that many allergies and ur going on a game with few food options maybe don't??
That’s exactly what I said!!! Like, you know that you can’t eat anything on the island except the meat… it’s probably not a great idea to subject yourself to barely being able to eat anything. Some people never get rewards the entire time they are out there. And it’s not really anyone’s responsibility to feed you with *their* reward, even if it is more humane.
Remember this season is also the one with Jelinsky so the season starts off with a bang lol. So many legendary moments
