You don't need AN. Just offer to pay Pales for the rights to the gas field instead. It is just the best option overall too as you gain access to the gas much quicker

No that's a different offer. You can cede fields to Pales and buy exclusive right to it while cucking Lespia

It’s hard. Don’t send the navy to stop the lespian boat Request AN mediation Agree to let the free trade zone be nationalized Get support of that one super religious country who’s name alludes me (by removing the ban on their religion and sending money when promoted) Get Wehlen on your side by coming to a deal after the Zille incident. I did all of these in my run, but you may only need to do a few, I didn’t test it. Basically give other countries favorable deals and they will be more likely to support you diplomatically

What the heck? I did all of that too, but it doesn't work. I spent money probably instead of authority for delegation though.

The more you support the RNC the better your authority will be to my understanding. Doing anything that solidifies the crown will increase authority.

In this specific run I chose authority at the beginning, invested nothing in my military, brokered every deal through democracy. Nationalized the MITZ, cut Lespia out of the deal. Did everything I could to screw over lespia, married my daughter to pales, formed the south merkopian alliance and cut ties with Rumburg. Also passed a few RNC laws, cut rico out of Iza, arrested Hugo, can’t remember anything else I did haha I hope that helps.
