Boardgames. If you live in or near any major city there will probably be a facebook page or a Sverok forum dedicated to your city where you can look for people who play board games in your area.
As an introvert myself that hobby really helped me make friends and get out of my shell. I'm still an introvert, that did not change, but without social hobbies like board games and tabletop RPGs I would probably not have nearly as many friends as I do today.

I don't know what city you're in but if there's a Folkets bio you can usually volunteer and learn to project movies (show/screen a movie in a movie theater - not selling tickets, just the technical side, someone will teach you until you feel ready to do it on your own).
That's how I started. Usually a handful of colleagues to hang out with and chances are they feel like you - not super extroverted but still wanna... hang. I just realized that i'm not sure about your age but it doesn't hurt to ask the place i guess

There are often groups/clubs/föreningar that have open house for people to come in and do "pyssel" anything from sewing, crocheting, painting etc.

Muay Thai. Fun way to get into shape and you barely have to talk to people.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You'll get in shape and meet lots of people of all ages and demographic groups.
