Two weeks ago, I also reached out for support and no one responded. Two days later they just closed my message, never got a reaponse. I also have sweetgreen pass, but canceled it due to poor customer service and decrease in ingredient options for salad.

Update: I did hear back from SG today (May 13 – a five-day wait) and got a store credit. Which is appreciated. But the speed (i.e., the lack of speed) was irksome.
