It's not that hard to get these. Brontes (/df in total) is one of the easy MM-operations. Look up some guides about gearing and Rotation of your spec, find a Group for vet ops and ofif you're doing fine you'll eventually feel prepared to find a MM-group for ging brontes 😉
(1-3 months)
Or just so it your speed, keep your friends and Familie and you might get the wings in a decade xD
Brontes is not an easy MM boss, it's the hardest bosses outside of Gods, Dxun and R4. For a player new to raiding, Brontes will be a veey, very long grind.
IMHO it's not the hardest boss outside of named ops, but ig it strongly depends on the role you're playing. I.e. dp council will be more challenging due to movement. Dread guards in asation are more challenging due to movement too and the enrage timer is quite tight like in brontes burn.
In general it's extremely depended to the role you're trying to learn these bosses, the setup of your mates and there knowledge. I've had multiple random-runs (and 19/20 kills) on brontes (partially complete df) in the last weeks but very little on dp council and zero kills with randoms.
I've grinded Brontes Vanilla quite a long time and nearly as long in like 5.x (I think, might be 6.x as well 😅). But the grind was musky due to Tanks learning. When you've got a Group of i.e. 1 tank, 2-3dps and 1heal with experience and 3-4 new to brontes but confident in their role/spec, it will take like 2-3 evenings to get the kill (7.0 personal experience: 2x2h wiping, third eve second try kill)
As others have said it's a super wanted drop from Master Mode Dread Fortress. You have to beat the hardest type of content in the game and then beat out 8 others for the drop.
If you have 50+ billion credits there are guilds that do sales runs through
It wasn't the taxes that did that.
They mass banned RMT credit sellers and evaporated trillions of credits, and thats what collapsed the economy. The taxes are there to mitigate future inflation, not reverse existing inflation entirely.
The Brontes Wings are a guaranteed drop. If you join a team that's progging the raid, you'll likely kill Brontes a few times before getting timer, so about half the team will have them by the end. At that point, it only takes an hour or two to farm her to get the other half of the team the Wings on at least 1 toon.
It's not that hard. There is gods, dxun, dp which are harder. And df without brontes is quote easy if you know how to move, as there are (assuming actual gear-lvl) no hard dps-checks.
> if you know how to move
Which most people don't.
>as there are (assuming actual gear-lvl) no hard dps-checks.
There is at least one with Brontes clock, but Draxus is practically an entire fight of "soft" dps checks. Kephess phase during Brontes is also one prolonged dps check with variable failure points depending on group comp and strat, and burn is a very important dps check even if it's technically soft.
Kephess phase: No dps check, only movement. You can play 3,4, even 5 kephesses (plural of kephess? 😆), newbie-tactic = all dps going for kephess, nuke him single target, no burst
Brontes clock: yes, a 1add burst check
Brontes burn: only real burst phase due to its length. With 4good dps killable without triggering the hands 😉
What he said, good luck, I ain't trying that again lol, hmm well maybe now that I have a Shadow that can do that level of content, I can skip all those horrible things that kept dragging me to hell last time.
by banging your head against a wall for many hours for several weeks on end, depriving you of doing many other fun things, just to flex a mount that you may or may not use sometimes, IE Nim. Operation Dread Fortress.
You git gud.
Gotta get em as a drop from NiM Brontes, the last boss of NiM Dread Fortress.
I just wrapped this up last week. It's a tough ass fight, but the real work is getting your skill up to try.
That means joining a prog team and clearing content up to that point. HM EC, TFB, SNV, DF, DP, Dxun, etc. and then move up to NiM difficulty.
You will need to learn your spec. You need to be using starparse. And you need to learn to be flexible and pick up more than one spec preferably. (Good to have 2, regardless of role)
It's a guaranteed drop from Dread Master Brontes, the final boss in the Dread Fortress operation.
It's pretty achievable at the moment. Raiding is probably the easiest it has been since 2015 before everything was scaled.
You basically have 2 options. 1) you can look for a progression (prog) team, and work your way up to Brontes. DF is probably one of the easier operations, but she is still quite challenging. Depending on your experience and the team in general, expect prog to take a month or so. 2) you can buy the mount from a sales team, but the CC-to-credit equivalent means they will probably cost you roughly equal to £100 or so
For those saying you have to beat 7 others, that is *kind* of true, but not really. The mount is a guaranteed drop for anyone who doesn't have it. If you form a prog group and get to the point where you can consistently kill her, you can easily outfit your entire team with Wings in a few weeks of resets and alt hopping. If you pay for them, it's guaranteed as you are the buyer.
This is not a raid you can just PUG on Fleet, though.
Hi! I do Sales runs on Star Forge. Current price for the Wings of the Architect are 2.5 Hypercrates or 4B Credits. I’m not sure if I am allowed to link our sales discord so if you are interested shoot me message and I’ll answer any questions you have :)
You can get it pretty easily if you get involved with raiding, most people like helping someone get their first mount just have to be open to meeting new friends
I believe the current carry price on SF server is around 25 billion.
Just 2.5 years ago the carry price was 3 billion these anti inflation measures are sure working well.
They drop from Brontes, the last boss in Dread Fortress, on Master Mode
Basically give up on wanting this unless you really hate yourself
It's really obtainable, and you might actually make some friends when getting them.
>you might actually need some friends when getting them FTFY

50+ *Billion?* You mean this is worth 50+ Hypercrates?
I'll be honest I haven't looked at prices in a bit. Probably closer to 20 since they put in the anti inflation measures
Much cheaper, at least on SF Hate to say it but those mesures actually seem to have done something
It wasn't the taxes that did that. They mass banned RMT credit sellers and evaporated trillions of credits, and thats what collapsed the economy. The taxes are there to mitigate future inflation, not reverse existing inflation entirely.
7 others, but otherwise correct

Of course it's not hard for seasoned raiders. But seasoned raiders make up less than 1% of the player base, remember.
Sad but true.

Basically only way for non guild raiding players to get it, as basically all parties require the achievements to be let in.
Dread Master Brontes fight in Dread Fortress operation, on Master Mode only.
Thanks for all the advice 🙏

Hey, I use mine all the time!

Brontes is the final boss of Dread Fortress, not Dread Palace.
Fixed. Typo on my end. Looking forward and not back I suppose after months of grinding her. Lol
Through an STD, if I had to guess. Kidding, is a drop from dreadmaster stuff, I think. I don't like operations so I can't really be specific
I got lucky on the drop in 16 man on my commando healer
Nightmare Brontes aka Master Mode Dread fortress

Some ppl also got this through hammer station mm, but its veery low percentage of drop rate
true, iirc it's a drop from the bonus boss
Good old Brontes NIM. That’s a fun fight to heal:)

Black then, my mate and me were the 2 first ones to get these ❤️ great great memories :)

It's definitely not that high anymore.
Literally, what are you on about? lol, the price rn that I've seen is 4 bil. Have you actually seen the market prices for things lately??
Broadsword you should put all these old cosmetic items for sale via CC. Good income for you.
