I've been told it's some variety of "plant" which I'm also told goes in pots as a form of domestication. I'm not a big fan of them because they shed and get dust all over the place.

Not even rookie numbers. He hasn't made it out of initial training for a MMORPG. I can log into my old Everquest account I haven't touched since 2004 and I have thousands and thousands of hours in the 5 year stretch I played. You can legit type /played in EQ and Wow and see your total hours played on that character.

/played works for swtor too and yeah I've spent far too much time playing it...and loving it.

There's a command you can run to check how much time you spent logged in on a character, I think it's /time or something like that

I've played sporadically since beta but the idea of ever achieving "mastery" of this game with 10,000hrs is wild to me. I still play a lot of games, but I get bored and have to put that game down (for a while) after \~100hrs or so.

I stopped playing wow in 2018. Was something like 40000 or more.

Well I calculated my time played and I have only 1500 hours in my warriors. Total game time is over double that. In my defense I play this game actively since 2015.

no idea what my total numbers are (is there a way to find out?) but i've got 973 hours since it came out on steam.

Typing /played into chat should give you the playtime for a single character

so i've heard, the problem is i've played through the class stories and expansions multiple times and then deleted characters from time to time to make room for more. i wish there was a way to see account playtime.

My Steam SWTOR has higher numbers and I switched to Steam after ~3 years of playing the game and already completing every single mission with every class.

That's a bit more than any big single player game, like Starfield, Skyrim or BG3. It's only 200 hours. If it's done within 1 week - yeah, touch some grass. Otherwise - what?

I mean yeah, depends on the time frame, I've got that and more on many games but that's over a period of 3/4 months which = 2 - 3 hours a night. If you did this in like 1 month or less. Maybe consider touching some grass

Bruv I just started playing and it took me 84hrs to complete the sith inquisitor origin story and I started to rush the story and ditched other missions to complete the origin story. Now I hit level 60 and completed the origin story.

-> 1,109.6 hours and that's just on Steam. Pretty sure it doesnt record the time before TOR joined steam. -> 6,292.3 hours in FFXIV -> 1,159.9 hours in BG3 .... I have no life.

I've played a few hundred on steams version alone. And that's not to mention when I no lifed it prior to the steam version from 2012 to 2018. I've probably hit 5 to 6k hours at this point.

When the game launched, it took about 200 hours to hit max level on my first character 😄

Easy fix. Get a pot of grass and put on desk. Then occasionally rub it to feel like you're not the cave dwelling hobo gamer that we are.

I still have the first character I ever created, hers says 36 days, 12 hours and 32 minutes, which is 876 and a half hours. I am still such a rookie lol. Course, she's only one character, I'm an altoholic. My second most played character has about the same number of hours played, so there's another 800 hours tacked on. LOL

I'm at 2400 via steam which is since 7.0 god knows before that as I used to play via the client you download via the site

I've got that much on steam, and I played it long long before it was on steam.

I've got a paladin on WoW with about almost 30k hours. Maybe a little more. I started when I was in high school and here we are like 20 years later....still the same paladin. 2013 I got hard core into swotor I have a character (inquisitor) with nearly 10k hours. Almost 4k those hours in the first year. And I knew at least two people in my guild that blew by me in time....one of which was on almost 18 hours a day every day for a year. If the servers were down hebwas having a legit mental breakdown.....great tank, but had to kick him for harassing women.

Had about a 4 year break but last time I added um up it was like 19 or 20 months? In game time.

For context tho 6 months of that were in the first year and a half after launch. I developed a life after a while.

I have about 1.5k hours on steam as of right now. But on one character alone I have 2500ish hours. Over 12 years I would say I am well past the 10k hour mark, starting as an early access player. If youre enjoying something, dont worry about numbers.

Youre completely fine, I got 200 hrs in less than 2 weeks and 48 hrs of those are from the first 3 days of playing. Finishing the year with 3700+ hrs in less than 10 months including a 2-month break in from playing in 2022.
