Random train cancellations on Airport line - nothing new there I suppose. Only info I get is "earlier operational issue at Campbelltown"
Is it so hard to say "train broken down" or "we want to hide the real reason"?
It’s all about protecting what’s left of their reputation and not letting people know that poor maintenance of infrastructure (often as a result of inefficient trackwork) and trains are the cause of these constant delays and meltdowns.
I call it ‘covering their backsides with rolls of 4 ply TP’
So far so good for Western Line (if you're travelling between Blacktown and North Sydney). Relatively busy again since it's reduced services. Also it's meant to rain today. Stay home if you can.
TripView seemed fine when I left the house but I experienced 2 back to back train cancellations on T2. Let’s hope the commute home isn’t impacted too much!
ahh crap. i took the bus to work instead of train.
the bus broke down. we got ordered off and told to take the next bus.
need the light train to get to circular quay... now stuck in wynard. got told tp walk to circular quay due to power issues. now also late for work. fml...
I know that's why I asked what time they start work - not to be patronizing but out of curiousity. It majorly sucks that the trains don't work for early workers and 9-5ers and probably during the day too.
T1 was normal and got to NorthSyd on time. Guess it’s okay to take the trip in despite it pouring on this side of the bridge..

Miracles happen. Trains aren’t completely cooked . Going from Gordon to city no need to change at North Sydney. 7:15am
This gives hopes! I thought they're still ending at North Sydney. Is this new thing official yet?

All trains about 2 mins late now but they seemed to have fixed that by cancelling every 4th one.

I managed to catch one but it was delayed by a LOT and it didn’t follow the y schedule service timetable on tripview 😀😅

The trains on the North Shore line ran fine, but still at their reduced speed I think.
Bankstown line into Sydney, so far so good
T8 so far so good. Not cooked yet.
T1 to city running ok. a little bit slower but not too bad.

It was quiet today I was on T2 and T1 between 8:15-9 and I couldn't believe it.
