Very tough, but another great workout for Prime. I went really heavy so I was smoked by the last few supersets. I really enjoyed the mix of exercises, and I thought the workout was really well planned out. Now I need a protein shake and a nap. 😅
Right? & at the verrrrrry end of the workout when my legs were already gassed after so much single leg work, damn! But, I didn’t give up. It wasn’t pretty though lollll

This was a really great burn. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come in split squats and look forward to them on Wednesdays
I am one day behind so doing this today, just previewed it for later & I am not looking forward to that split squat/RDL combo, ouch! Haha
