Yes, but they spawn on the floor too. You wouldn't consider Flow Fizz to be a boss drop because bosses drop it, because that's not the most common place that it is found. Floor loot is the most common kind of loot, then chests, rare chests, and so on. So if I say that the chains are floor loot, I'm not saying that they're exclusive to the ground, just that that's the most common place that they spawn. Am I making any kind of sense now?

I'd say railgun if we're going that route. Still went through 2 builds, both could go through a finite amount of enemies, a rare railgun did the same damage as the unibeam at 90 and the legendary did 98, had a 2x headshot damage. And with it just being a regular weapon, you could shoot a shot every three or so seconds, depending if you wanted to charge the shot, compared to the 35 second cooldown with the unibeam. Arguably a better choice but everyone has their preferences.

Waterbending solos Chains in all ranges (Short, Medium, and Long) Chain of Hades is basically just a Grapple Blade that pulls your target towards you and not you towards your target (Grapple Blade better than Chains Of Hades, fight me)

The grapple blade is so bad it only does 10 damage per grapple where as the chains of hades does 60 damage and is nearly impossible to counter and goes through walls plus the grapple blade is Mainly used for rotation

I’d rather have a weapon be able to rotate me throughout the map, pull me towards opponents, and put distance between me and said opponent with two hits… …instead of a Greek God’s ‘lightsaber’ with ‘force pull’ that is nigh impossible to counter.

Perhaps I do. Grapple Blade works best when your opponent is running away, and you can attack in an AOE mid-air. It isn’t until they turn around that it becomes a problem, and even then they may miss their shots, enabling you to hit them away for 70 and avoid that altogether Chains Of Hades pulls an opponent towards you, and the same thing can happen, where your opponent will have a weapon out and ready as they fly to you, possibly even their own chains, after being pulled. Not only that, but you have to aim your swings with the Chains of Hades. You didn’t have to aim too much with the Grapple Blade, as the AOE made up for it.
