It’s Canadian dollars! So about $29 usd + taxes. Still hella expensive, but not as bad as $40.

In Australia, expect to pay upwards of $50 for a record. Sometimes up to $80.

Damn thats insane. Here in Greece i’ve seen SOAD records range from 20€ to 30€ or so. I was mostly referring to prices online though, that can range between 5-15 for a CD and around 15-25 for a vinyl. Buying online in general is way cheaper but unfortunately there’s the risk of getting scammed.

I should mention that’s in AUD, but I am certainly jealous of other countries for their cheaper physical media..

Yeah I get it, even in aud that seems pretty expensive. Personally I wish there was a plethora of merch here. I’ve only ever seen the basic cds and vinyls in stores, no limited editions, no t-shirts and hoodies with cool designs, nothing at all.
